Job Description:

• Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply
• Must be experienced 1-3 years as a lawyer in a law firm
• Responsible in preparing and attending to legal documentation relating to conveyancing from the initial stage until the completion stage
• To handle conveyancing matters

1. (SPA & Loan) from developers
2. Sub-sale with title and no title (SPA & Loan)
3. Perfection of Title,
4. Perfection of Charge
5. Transfer of Properties, Discharge/Deed of Receipt and Reassignment

• To maintain/monitor closely all files progress to ensure accurate completion of work.
• Communicate with developers, buyers, bankers & customers
• Responsible to liaise with client, banker/agent, developers, various government bodies and lawyer firm
• To maintain and update file status independently
• Attending to client, correspondences, preparing status report and others types of works assigned by the firm from time to time.
• Always takes initiatives, good attitude and responsible
• Possess good communication skills and able meet deadlines
• To be able to work in a team
• To be able to speak and draft in English/Bahasa Malaysia
• To be able to multi-tasked and committed to learn
• Must be a good and positive attitude
• Monitor and follow-up closely on work progress for files, preparing status report and update work progress/status to all relevant parties.
• Perform other tasks or work assigned by the firm from time to time and as and when required.
• Able to work independently and diligently.
• Positive attitude, highly motivated, responsible, willing to learn and a team player.
• Must have good written & verbal communication skills in both English & Bahasa Malaysia.

• Minimum 1-3 years' experience
• Specialize in sub-sale and project
• Good interpersonal and interaction skills
• Possessed a Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB)/a member of the Malaysian Bar
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia, ability to communicate in other languages will be an added advantage
• Multitask cope under pressure and have good management skills
• Good and positive attitude
