Legal Associate (Corporate/M&A)

The candidate must possess the following:

 

• Minimum 2 years' experience in M&A, Capital Market, Corporate Advisory and related practice areas
• Experience in conducting legal due diligence and has been exposed to capital market deals such as Initial Public Offering, Rights Issue and employee share schemes
• Excellent writing/drafting and analytical skills
• Team player and proactive in resolving issues
