Job Description:

Legal Associate (Litigation)
- Attend trials, hearings and case managements (either with partner or independently)
- drafting of cause papers, notice of applications, affidavits and opinions Pupil
- To assist lawyers and partners in drafting, legal research, attendance of hearings, meetings

Qualifications and Requirements:

Legal Associate (Litigation)
- PQE: 5 years or above (in active practice)
- conducted trials (in full and independently) at all courts of first instance
- meticulous and able to take instruction from partners
- hardworking, organised, ambitious and responsible
- fluent in written and spoken English
- extremely attractive remuneration packages for candidates that meet the firm's criteria Pupil
- possesses own transport
- tenacious
- hardworking
