We are an established legal firm in Setia Alam that provides a comprehensive range of legal services that incudes legal services in areas of commercial litigation, company law litigation, construction litigation, adjudication, arbitration etc.

Job Description

•   You will be assigned to handle litigation, construction, corporate matters based on your experience and skills set.

•   Selected candidate(s) will be exposed to a wide range of work including CIPAA adjudication, arbitration and construction litigation.

•   This is a great opportunity for an associate who has developed a strong foundation in litigation who aims to excel in the area. 

Requirements

•   Candidate must possess a valid practicing certificate.

•   Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in the area of General Litigation.

•   Conduct full trial independently and is well versed in litigation trial process.

•   Sound technical knowledge of the Law in the relevant areas with good analytical skills.

•   Drafting cause papers, pleadings and submission competently.

•   Prepare and draft legal opinions, conducting research on all legal and related matters.

•   Quick and sharp to attend to clients and other works assigned by the firm from time to time. 

•   It is imperative to have a strong command of the English and Bahasa Malaysia languages, both written and spoken.
