Job Responsibilities:-
Legal Clerk
- Handle litigation / conveyancing matters and other legal works.
- Handle files, correspondence / documents and other legal works assigned by the Firm.
- Liaise with clients, bankers and lawyers.
Receptionist
- Handle office interactions with visitors.
- Answer incoming telephone calls, the determine the purpose of callers, and to forward calls to appropriate personnel and department.
- Arrange outgoing mails/documents delivery by dispatch or courier service and any other clerical/receptionist duties.
Accounts cum Admin Clerk
- Assist in data entry, basic bookkeeping.
- Assist of other administrative works.
- Ensure proper maintenance of account documents, records and filing.
Requirements:-
- Good communication skills in Bahasa English and Bahasa Malaysia.
