Job description for Immigration & Licensing Consultant

We are seeking driven and reliable candidates to be based in Malaysia. With clients' investments across several business areas, there is an opportunity for a Legal Consultant with a strong background in Management, Financial , Legal, and/or Accounting to be part of the team.

• Licensing Applications in Malaysia: - Obtain various licenses from government bodies such as WRT, Fire Safety, Retail, and Signboard licenses. 
• Advised clients on diverse immigration processes, including Visa, Work permit, Employment Pass, Dependent Pass etc.
  
   
• Managed multiple cases and applications, overseeing all aspects of business immigration processes from initial consultation and eligibility assessment to drafting technical advice and document preparation.
  
   
• Cultivated and maintained strong relationships with clients by delivering timely updates and addressing inquiries promptly.
  
   
• Effectively communicated with all stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination of application submissions to authorities.
  
   
• Collaborated with legal teams to prepare and submit immigration documents and ensuring document accuracy.
  
   
• Stayed abreast of the changes in Malaysia's immigration policies and regulations and advised clients on adapting to these changes for their foreign workforce.
  
   
• Collaborated with government agencies and consulates to facilitate smooth visa processing.
  
   
• Coordinated legalisation and attestation processes with embassies for Malaysian visa applications.
  
   
• Handling clients and assisting them through job placement.
  
   
• Involved in e-system such as MDEC and ESD for expatriates that integrate data and documents with other parties.

Skills & Experiences:

• Candidate must possess Professional Certificate, Diploma or Degree
• Preferred Minimum 1 to 5 years working experience
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
• Have WFH Arrangement if meet target 
• Opportunity to work in our existing or new overseas office after 1 year of services
• Opportunity of Job Rotation in Client Relationship Manager or Sales position in Singapore or our new overseas office
