Legal Counsel – GOGOX Malaysia Legal 

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on a wide range of business activities across the Asia-Pacific region, with a focus on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements, including NDAs, service contracts, and agreements with suppliers and customers.
• Advise on employment and HR-related legal matters, providing practical guidance to internal teams to help manage business risks.
• Oversee corporate governance and administration matters.
• Support legal issues arising from other offices across the Asia-Pacific region, as required.
•  Assist with ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related legal qualification.
• At least 2 years of experience as a practicing lawyer and/or in-house legal counsel (experience in tech company is a plus).
• Strong background in corporate legal drafting, contract negotiation, and reviewing commercial agreements.
• Strong command of English and Mandarin (both written and spoken). Proficiency in Cantonese or Korean will be a distinct advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
