Legal Counsel 法务专员 - Urgent Hiring

Job Description:

1. Review, draft and negotiate contracts and other legal documents;
2. Providing legal advice on all operational issues and types of marketing contracts, seeking lawyers’ advice when necessary;
3. Handle various legal issues and assess their impact on business;
4. Participate in the bidding activity;
5. Assists Legal manager on all legal matter.

Job Qualifications:

1. Candidate must possess LL.B honors degree;
2. Professionally qualified in a common law jurisdiction (such as CLP);
3. More than 3 years relevant work experience in well-known law firm or enterprise (real estate industry or manufacturing industry experience preferred);
4. Be familiar with Company Law, Contract Law, Labor Law, Civil procedure law and other Law related with manufacturing industry;
5. Self- starter, ability to work independently, team work spirit and good commercial sense;
6. Strong learning ability, communication and coordination skills, and well-organized;
7. Excellent presentation and drafting skills;
8. Willing to work in KKIP area;
9. Willing to travel (Seremban).
10. Mandarin Speaker, able to speak and write Mandarin.

1. 审查、起草、谈判合同等法律文件；
2. 就所有运营问题和营销合同类型提供法律意见，必要时寻求律师意见；
3. 处理各种法律问题并评估其对业务的影响；
4. 参与投标活动；
5. 协助法务经理处理所有法律事务。

任职资格：

1. 应聘者必须具有LL.B荣誉学位；
2. 具有普通法司法管辖区（如CLP）的专业资格；
3. 3年以上知名律师事务所或企业相关工作经验（有房地产行业或制造业经验者优先）；
4. 熟悉公司法、合同法、劳动法、民事诉讼法等与制造业相关的法律；
5. 有上进心、独立工作能力、团队合作精神和良好的商业意识；
6. 学习能力强，沟通协调能力强，有条不紊；
7. 优秀的表达和起草能力；
8. 愿意在KKIP地区工作；
9. 愿意出差（芙蓉）。
10. 有一定的中文会话和读写能力。
