Job Descriptions:
- Assist in drafting various company documents, business contracts, non-disclosure agreements, legal notices and correspondences.
- Assist in finalisation of Company legal documents, business contract, legal notices, correspondences and other legal documents and follow-up with the respective parties to ensure completion.
- Assist in corporate transactions and exercises such as preparation of documentation for corporate exercises.
- Assist in due diligence exercises undertaken by Group of Companies.
- To conduct legal research and keep abreast with the development or updates in the relevant laws and regulations applicable to the company business.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in LLB, Professional Degree or equivalent.
- At least 2 years' experience in conveyancing works which shall include corporate legal matters and contracts.
- A team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Excellent command of written and oral English and Bahasa Malaysia.
