Requirement :

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Civil & Structure Engineering or equivalent.
At least 3-5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. (Preferably candidates who has internal plumbing systems (high rise), water reticulation, sewerage reticulation works experience)
Required Skill(s):Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Email).
Required experience in liaising with DBKL, Air Selangor, Kusel LLM, JPB and other Government Authorities.
Must possess own transportation.
Able to work independently

Job Description:

Coordinate closely with Government Authorities, developers, agencies, consultants, architects, and engineers and attend internal and external meetings on all government liaison matters.
Dealing, liaising, and following up with all the relevant Government Authorities (Eg. JKAWS, JPB, Local council, Air Selangor, Indah Water, TNB, JKR etc) to expedite all permit approvals.
Conduct inspections of completed tasks to verify the job has been finished in accordance with the contract documents and specifications.
Assist in preparation and submission of project documents for inspection activities.
To assist company for documents collection and submission.
To supervise of site when needed.
Any other ad hoc duties as required from time to time by the Management.
