• Degree in Library Management/Information Management/Resource Management or equivalent.
• Familiar with KOHA would be an added advantage
• Ability to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Preferably with a minimum of two years of working experience in the related field.

Job Description:-

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the college library, including circulation, cataloguing, acquisitions, and resource management. 
• Ensure that the library maintains a welcoming and conducive environment for study and research.
• Curate and expand the library's physical and digital collections, catering to the academic needs and interests of students and faculty. 
• Regularly evaluate the collection to keep it up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with the college's academic programs.
• Provide expert research assistance and reference services to library users. Assist students and faculty in locating and effectively utilizing academic resources, databases, and online research tools.
• Organize library orientation sessions and outreach programs to promote library services and resources to the college community.
• Manage the library's digital resources, including e-books, databases, journals, and other online materials. 
• Develop and implement library policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Regularly review and update these documents to comply with evolving technological and academic needs.
• Collaborate with college administration to allocate and manage the library budget effectively. 
• Coordinate the procurement of new books, subscriptions, and library equipment.
