Livestreaming Manager (AI Livestream)

This Livestreaming Manager will serve as the primary liaison between our internal execution teams and client stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign delivery across AI-driven livestream projects. This role is critical to maintaining project momentum, meeting deadlines, and driving continuous performance improvements through data-driven insights and clear communication.

What You'll Do

• Act as day-to-day contact for clients, managing expectations and project scope


• Conduct regular status calls and align on deliverables, timelines, and KPIs


• Translate client briefs into clear execution plans for execution team


• Create and maintain detailed project timelines, ensuring no milestones are missed


• Collaborate with execution team, regional execution manager and product team to communicate requirements


• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports (GMV, engagement, conversion metrics)


• Identify optimization opportunities and brief execution teams with actionable recommendations


• Monitor scope creep; document and approve changes in deliverables or timelines


• Update client and internal stakeholders on any scope adjustments


• Review all pre-live scripts, visuals, and promo bundles for accuracy and brand compliance


• Post-live debriefs to capture lessons learned and best practices


• Identify opportunities within existing and new brand accounts


• Proposal creation, client presentations, and livestream strategy pitching


• Provide performance insights to help secure renewals and new campaign briefs


• Collaborate with business development on client onboarding and livestream planning


• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term retention and satisfaction

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field


• 2-3 years of account management or project management experience in digital media, e-commerce, or livestreaming


• Familiarity with livestream platforms and basic understanding of performance metrics (GMV, CTR, conversion rate)


• Exceptional stakeholder-management skills; able to juggle multiple client requests without missing deadlines


• Strong written and verbal communication in Englis


• Highly organised with advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and project-management tools


• Analytical mindset: comfortable interpreting data and creating concise, actionable reports
