To develop good business relationships for customer retention and other Government Agency (OGA) for business unit grow.

Job Description: To manage, control grow licensing and compliance unit services to customers which are exceed customer requirements, in accordance with LBL integrated management process and local government authority requirements. 

To develop good business relationships for customer retention and other Government Agency (OGA) for business unit grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Licensing Program Excellence:
  • Create new business opportunities through new inquiries or existing customers base for the sustainability of the business. – marketing    

2. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Managing the internal and external customer’s inquiries by providing the consultation or recommended effective solution in a timely basis to achieve customer satisfaction and expectation

3.Manage Application Submission:

  • Manage and control the licensing and application process are accordance with the company policy, procedures, customer, and other requirements.

4.Quality Documentation and process compliance:

  • Enforce, implement, and control licensing processes in the Integrated Management System (IMS) in ensuring the processes comply with the authorities’ requirements as well as align LBL standards.     

5.Budget control

  • Review costing per overhead, including set up standard quotation for all type enquiries. Ensure P&L for department not negative.

6.Talent Development

  • Develop and build team capability for supporting continuous organizational growth. Team -leadership

Requirements:

  1. Education and Experience:
  • Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management or other business-related studies.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the trade compliance, License Manufacturers Warehouse industry including indirect tax services.
  • At least 10 years of working experience in the logistics industry.

2. Communication Skills:

  • Strong communication in English, and Bahasa Malaysia. Maintain good class of people engagement within internal and external parties.
  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency & ability to meet deadline.

3.Professional Skills:

  • Able to practice duty and responsibilities in accordance to system and work processes. Be Proactive, with strong interpersonal and multitasking abilities.
  • Able to work independently under pressure and sustaining demanding work environments  with positive mindset. High attribute in urgency for meeting task deadline.

4.Tech-Savvy:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Logistics ERP system.

5.Other requirements:

  • Certification of Attendance LMW 
  • Certified KEK from JKDM
  • Other certification from other OGA certification 
  • Able to identify problems, determine root cause and solve a problem
  • Ability to exceed company’s targets and controlling budget
  • Align with the company’s direction
