Logistic Assistant

Involve in picking, packing, labelling, loading and unloading of goods at the warehouse.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Operation Process

• Relocate items in Warehouse as directed by Supervisor

• Quality and Quantity Checking of all incoming goods

• Report discrepancies and issues to Team Leader or Supervisor

• Printing of Labels and Labelling on the stocks

• Ensure job completion within agreed lead time

• Physical handling of consignments when they arrive or are dispatched from the Warehouse

• Physical handling of goods after picking process

• Check orders and ensure all quantity required and quality is maintained

• Relocate items at Warehouse as directed by the Supervisor

• Pick, pack and replenish as directed by Supervisor

• Perform picking & packing, loading & unloading activities

• Involved in receiving of incoming goods

• Assist in the day-to-day operations within the Logistics functions

• Perform cycle count and housekeeping

• Physical handling of goods after picking process

• Check orders and ensure all quantity required and quality is maintained

• Assist in Inventory Count

• Handling of count sheets after count completion

• Maintain location of items which are soil, damaged, expiring and expired

Specific Activities

• Carrying out any other request made by their manager.

Technical

• Minimum of 5 years in supervisory role in a third party logistics organization

• Fully literate on Microsoft Office
