LOGISTIC CUM PURCHASER - Generous Compensation

SALES ADMIN CUM PURCHASER

The responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

1. Prepare quotation, define specific requirements for our products & services.

(Including the applicable statutory & regulatory requirements)

2. Source for supplier on required products, getting price negotiation and compare price between suppliers.

- Perform sourcing, obtain price and estimate lead time from supplier, for on time delivery.

3. Work with internal team to perform purchase, issue Purchase Order to selected approved vendors for parts & other operational requirement products.

4. Perform system entry on Sales Order, issue D/O & Invoice. Experience on SQL Account is preferable.

5. Perform shipment arrangement and liaise with shipping/logistics department to ensure timely deliveries to customer.

6. Prepare certificates for client (eg: COC & mill cert), and liaise with SIRIM to obtain certificate.

7. Handle customer query/complaint via email or phone. Deal with customer/clients to obtain missing document.

8. Define the controls needed for externally provided products & services.

9. Identify and review potential supplier using the New Vendor Selection form.

10. Maintains the Supplier Listing, and tracks performance of all major suppliers on the Supplier Listing & compile the Vendor Performance Record.

11. Any other related jobs as assigned.

Job Requirement:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Business Studies or related disciplines.

2. Experienced in handling procurement on industrial products or services.

3. Understanding of all facets of the procurement process.

4. Familiar with computer application ie. Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Power Points.

5. Able to work under minimum supervision and committed with a strong sense of urgency.

6. Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.

7. Well organized, and being able to multi-task, set priorities and collaborate with team.

Language Requirements:

Candidates fluent in Mandarin and Malay preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking vendor and Malay staff.

English: Good in writing and speaking.
