Penerangan Pekerjaan - Logistic Data Admin

Duties and Responsibilities:
Summary of Principal Job Responsibility & Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Being effective data control in the verification of delivery orders, checklists from the planning team, picking and packing lists and making neat filings.
Accountable for all the system transactions and to ensure that all incoming and outgoing items in system are updated without fail.
Maintains Inventory in WMS system & physical count of inventory and reconciles actual stock count to WMS generated reports monthly & yearly.
Prepare, generate & update Monthly inventory reports to AP at every end of the month.
Involved in develops, maintains, and adopts the best operational procedures and practices for inventory control and tries to find out discrepancies and determines the root cause for the issue found.
Ensures processes and procedures are compliant with the company and legal guidelines.
Maintain accurate records of products that have been stocked and provide management with an accurate representation of all goods shipped and received. Support initiatives to meet annual operation efficiency target.
To manage both internal & external communication and coordinate activities closely with the operations team.
To examine records, reports, operating practices, and documentation.
To become proficient in using the WMS system.
Perform other related duties as well as assist other departments when required.

Academic Qualification(s):
Candidates are required to possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration/ Supply Chain/ Finance / Commercial / Warehousing/ Logistics Management.

Work Experience / Skill Requirements (s):

Minimum 3 years of experience in Warehousing / Logistics in data control.
Experience in leading warehouse and logistics data controls involving inbound/outbound, picking & packing and inventory counting, etc.
Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization.
Knowledge of WMS, SAP, and Microsoft office (especially excel).
