Job Description

• Ensure timely delivery of goods as per customer’s order.
• Arrange goods for delivery for the drivers.
• Assist in preparing Delivery Orders.
• Handle customers’ calls.
• Preparing outgoing goods schedule.
• Prepare stock card and update customers’ orders.
• Receive pigments & pallets.
• Check attendance for the store Forklift Driver & Lorry Drivers.
• Raw material monitoring, receiving and issuing.
• Any other duties as and when required by the company.

Requirements

·        Candidate must possess at least a Certificate/ Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Logistics or related industry.

·        Required language(s): Mandarin, Cantonese, Bahasa Malaysia, English

.        Required Chinese speaking for liase with Chinese Customers

·        At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position and relevant experience in store and logistics management.

·        Required manufacturing experience.

·        Posses sufficient knowledge of the computer

·        Able to work independently.

. Working Hours : Mon - Fri 8.30 am - 6pm, Sat 8.30am - 1pm
