Job Purpose:
- To support all Premix plant for freight cost module (M3) & check CO freight cost transaction before confirm PO
- To implement & study to work out a standard inventory policy for all Premix plant to meet the internal & external audit requirements
- Support warehouse & inventory management activities including reporting and analytics.
- To work towards achieving the company’s KPIs and departmental KPIs
- To continuously improve warehouse & inventory operations through the use if lean enterprise practices
- To back-up all internal relevant party if need to assist
Key Accountabilities:
- To make SC daily task in smooth condition & improve the 5S & WCM implementation in WH
- To support & handle any other relevant tasks (WH & Logistic) duties as assigned by superior
- To be aligned with the company’s Vision, Mission and Guiding Principle
- Assist to monitor and track inventory levels, to report discrepancies and work with the team to reconcile the inventory discrepancies.
- Observe workplace safety policies and procedures, including toolbox briefing and risk assessment exercise.
- Participate in improvement initiatives as assigned, including 5S, WCM & etc….
Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
- Minimum High School level graduated SPM, Certificate or Diploma in any related qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in Warehouse / Logistics / Supply chain related work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (At least have basic knowledge in Excel and word)
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Willing to involve Logistic & warehouse process & any task assigned
- Willing to learn new knowledge & independent & can work with no supervise
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Basic leadership skills and ambition to grow in a leadership capacity
- Dedication to high quality and safety standards and enthusiasm for continuous improvement
- Possess strong initiative, Good communication skills, Diligent and team player, have safety awareness.
