## The impact you\u2019ll make\n\nThe Logistics Analyst II supports day\u2011to\u2011day logistics operations while driving improvements in delivery performance, documentation accuracy, and operational efficiency.\n\nThis role provides analytical insight, coordinates cross\u2011functional communication, and ensures compliance with global and local logistics standards. \n \n\n\n## What you\u2019ll do\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n1\\. Logistics Data Analysis \u0026 Reporting \n\u2022 Analyze logistics KPIs including OTD, cost, cycle times, and exceptions. \n\u2022 Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and support deep\u2011dive investigations. \n\u2022 Use Excel, Power BI, or ERP reporting tools to identify trends and improvement opportunities. \n2\\. Compliance \u0026 Documentation Control \n\u2022 Ensure adherence to company policies, ISO standards ( RBA, audits, SOP adherence and document control) \n\u2022 Support internal/external audits and follow up on corrective actions. \n3. Process \u0026 Continuous Improvement \n\u2022 Identify gaps and propose improvements in logistics workflows, document control, and system efficiency. \n\u2022 Develop or update SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation. \n4\\. Cross\u2011Functional Collaboration \n\u2022 Collaborate across procurement, manufacturing, warehouse, finance, and global logistics teams. \n\u2022 Communicate status, risks, and recommended actions to stakeholders. \n\u2022 Support root cause analysis and continuos improvement initiatives\n\n## Who we\u2019re looking for\n\nQualifications \n\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or equivalent. \n\u2022 1-2 years relevant experience in logistics or supply chain operations. \n\u2022 Strong analytical capability and proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Power Point, ERP system /SAP or reporting tools. \n\u2022 Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.\n\n \n \n\n\n## Preferred qualifications\n\n\u2022 Effective written and communication skills in English for coordination with global teams\n\n\u2022 Experience with Lean/Six Sigma or process improvement initiatives.\n\nTravel requirement\n\n\u2022 This role requires occasional travel to warehouses to support audits, process reviews and improvement activities\n\n## Our commitment\n\n \n\nWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
