-Develop and maintain BOM structures for ship with and upgrade kitting -Maintain comprehensive standardization processes for kitting operations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and quality across departments. -Work closely with senior management, department heads, and external stakeholders to align on standardization goals and processes, ensuring they are met within deadlines. Continuous Improvement -Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement improvements in workflows, tools, and procedures while maintaining standardization goals -Regularly review processes, systems, and procedures to ensure adherence to established standards, industry regulations, and company policies. Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant personnel. Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management OR 3+ years warehousing leadership experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehousing/logistics operations, process management, or operations management. Strong knowledge of standardization frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, ISO).-Excellent project management and organizational skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions. Strong communication skills with the ability to present and train diverse audiences. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality. Certifications (preferred): Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt, ISO certifications, or similar industry-recognized qualifications.
