Logistics Assistant Officer( Prai, Pulau Pinang )

Responsibilities:

• In-charge of daily shipment coordination including the incoming and outgoing.
• Ensure all daily shipment schedule are proper planned.
• Monthly/Weekly report preparation and update.
• Liaise with Purchase/Sales/Raw Material Sorting/Store/Production to ensure the smoothly arrangement of the shipment.
• To train transport personnel in loading/unloading and vehicle operation procedures.
• Mainly doing export booking and operation with documentation part
• Prepare shipping document (invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, bill of lading, insurance and etc.) and liaise with shipping forwarding agent

Requirements:

• Degree in Logistics/Transportation or other relevant.
• Able to work independently.
• Computer literacy essential with knowledgeable about Microsoft application.
• Self-motivated and positive attitude.
• High degree of integrity maturity and pleasant personality.
• Good interpersonal and able to communicate to all level managements.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
