Established in 1961, Malayan Flour Mills Berhad (MFM) is the pioneer in the flour milling industry in Malaysia. MFM is one of the major poultry integrators in poultry feeds, breeding, farming with a state-of-the-art processing facility across the poultry value chain. Designed to meet the domestic and international markets, the advanced facility will process up to 300,000 birds per day.

• Analyze KPI’s and cost models for warehouse and logistics and strives to continuously improve performance.

• Support Poultry Integration and Supply Chain Transformation Projects by working closely with stakeholders to improve process and system by analysis stakeholder process flow, cost validation, and need of stakeholder.

• Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques through short term and long-term interventions.

• Build and maintain cost modelling vs 3PL/vendor to ensure cost within budget.

• Developing and implementing data analyses, overall end to end Supply Chain KPI Dashboard.

• Support operations team in S&OP process by discussing supply chain constraints from different functions for the flour business.

• Manage and Implement new order fulfillment processes designed through Business process reengineering. Define SOP for cross functional order fulfillment process.

• Provide recommendations and support to design and implement distribution network design driven by supply and demand.

• To develop, implement, and manage methods, procedures, and systems required to have efficient Logistics for first and last mile planning process for all MFM business functions

• To perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time.

• Degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management or Logistics or related fields.

• Min 3 years as Demand Planner/Supply Planner Or 3-5 years’ experience in Supply Chain Planning and execution.

• Experienced in Logistics industrial or Food manufacturing will be added advantage.

• Experienced in working and handling cross functional teams e.g. finance, marketing, plant operations supply chain.
