OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

Assist the logistics team in end-to-end supply chain operations.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Track, and analyze PO to Ship out process, set up proactive controls to errors, provide complete visibility of end-to-end supply chain performance.
• Track and trace the cost performance of supply chain with respect to business performance in alignment with contractual terms.
• Manage and reconcile PO to Ship out transactions with right billing account, bonded zone and non-bonded zone movement.
• Collaborate with suppliers for accurate billing to right accounts.
• Create and manage supply chain dashboard accurately to provide reports to stake holders.
• Analyse supply chain data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement. Provide detailed and thorough analysis on the same while identifying opportunities for process improvements within the supply chain function.
• Generate regular reports to provide insights into supply chain performance though SAP.
• Work closely with logistics teams to coordinate the movement of goods and ensure timely deliveries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes that enhance efficiency.
• Address any logistics-related issues that may impact the supply chain.
• Assist in managing inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing excess stock. Conduct regular stock checks and work closely with logistics to optimize inventory turnover.
• Responsible and maintaining food quality system: GMS, HACCP and another related food system.
• Responsible for supplier audit, customer audit or third-party audit.
• Manage training of the quality and product team on relevant food safety issue such as GMS awareness.
• Provide guidance on quality assurance and quality control activities.
• Responsible to handle, coordinate and update customer complaints and food safety-related issues.
• Ensure the adherence of warehouse team to food safety system by patrol and audit programmed to produce consistency goods, regulatory compliance products, and meet our expectations. 
• Manage warehouse inventory and keep records of the inventory Monitor and manage budgets 
• Select carriers for transportation and negotiate rates and contracts with carriers
• Respond to and resolve complaints and problems

WHAT EQUIPS YOU FOR THE ROLE

• A Diploma / Degree or postgraduate qualification in a relevant field
• Minimum 2 years experience in logistics
• Strong leadership and Team Management 
• SAP System Application Knowledge
• Operation & process improvement knowledge 
• Problem-solving skills
• Self-driven with high supply chain analytical skills for Retail or E-commerce. Knowledge of power BI, expert level excel, customs process, and macro will have added advantage.
• Has exposure to warehousing and distribution process & retail operations management.
• Hands-on experience in operation, presentation and data analytics
• Follows a forward-thinking mindset with a focus on innovation and the ability to leverage technology solutions to enhance supply chain visibility, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and communication skills
