Logistics Executive - Urgent Position

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall logistics activities.
• Coordinate oversea shipping process and planning on receiving goods.
• Monitor and compare freight & handling, insurance fee from forwarder/3PL.
• Coordinate and management custom duty K1.
• To develop strategy and plan for inventory management and ensure logistic operation running smooth on daily inventory activities.
• To ensure inventory accuracy through timely and systematic physical count, and update receiving, issuing, rejection control and material transfer in the SAP System.
• To oversee the quality of the goods received and accountable for on-time.
• To ensure inventory accuracy through timely & systematic physical count & update receiving, issuing, rejection control & material transfer in SAP system.
• Responsible for liaising forwarder & 3PL on stock fulfilment from Outlet, E-commence team & Dealer.
• Ensure all discrepancies is investigated within the set of guideline policy and timeline.
• Update weekly shipping report.
• To promote & inculcate Safety & Health, Environmental and quality awareness among the workforce.
• To ensure compliance to ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / OHSAS 18001 especially in inventory management and compliance of SOP, WIP.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehousing, Business Studies or equivalent from an internationally recognized university.
• 3 years of working experience in warehouse/ inventory and logistics. Preferably in the retail/beauty industry.
• Coordinate oversea shipping process and planning on receiving goods.
• Candidate must possess good communication skills, negotiation skills, management planning skills and interpersonal skills.
