Ansell is looking for a Logistic Specialist to join our team in Cyberjaya.
In this position you will play a vital role in coordinate and monitor 3PLs for warehouse operations in line with Ansell standards. Oversee storage optimization, compliance, and smooth goods flow for customer fulfillment. Manage stock safety, KPIs, resolve operational issues, handle customs, ensure regulatory compliance, and support logistics escalations.

What your role will be?
Reporting to Sr Manager, Logistics, you will have the opportunity to:
- Monitor and ensure daily inbound and outbound shipments / deliveries are executed by 3PLs and Forwarders as per planned and On Time, comply with local regulations and export countries regulations.
- Responsible to ensure the stocks which are stored in 3PLs accurate in terms of quantities, SKUs and Lot# versus with Ansell system.
- Providing the relevant reports & KPIs as per agreed dateline to direct reporting manager / Team Lead.
- Liaise closely with 3PLs ensuring all complete set of shipping documents are kept properly for audit purpose.
- Take on all operation matter related with warehouse, custom and haulage. Promptly response to the internal customers.
- Responsible to evaluate 3PLs and Forwarder’s KPIs, Billing submission on time as per agreed dateline.
- Preparing shipment documents for outbound shipment.
- Prepare and present reports on daily / weekly cycle count & yearly stock counting audits.
What will you bring to Ansell?
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Business or equivalent.
- 4+ years of related experience in Warehousing, Distribution, Transportation, and Logistics operating / functional role & responsibilities.
- Good knowledge of Warehousing and Logistics Operations – experience in Logistics receiving and shipping models & process flow.
- Understand Japan Custom Rules & Regulations. (Added advantage)
- Customer Orientation: Focus on identifying and understanding each customer’s needs (Internal and External Customers).
- Building and Managing Partnerships: Interpersonal styles to create and sustain effective relationships with business partners (e.g. suppliers, inter-departments and business units) and colleagues. Is open to approaches that meet mutual goals.
- Knowledge of PC skills with emphasis on spreadsheets and data base programs.
- Well verse in MS Office software – i.e. Ms-Word, Ms-Excel and Ms-Powerpoint.
- Knowledge of ERP/WMS or similar warehouse & distribution solutions.
- Require travelling to 3PLs warehouse two or three times per month.
- From time to time, travel may be required to Ansell Plants, Suppliers’ locations and Ansell Sales and Marketing Office.
- Attend to teleconference out of normal office hours
