LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR - Energetic Workplace

Your Responsibilities: 

1. Recommend optimal transport modes, routes or frequency. 
2. To support the business development team to engage with the client’s pro-actively, understand their requirements and provide improved solution to fulfils the logistics needs of clients, bridge service gap if any. 
3. To ensure ail drivers, fleets are complied with government bodies. 
4. Tactical execution of capacity service for fleets, costs for al! modes of transportation. 
5. Rectify / report / coordinate / inform problems such as shortages, lateness, non-conformance of goods with department HOD. 
6. Develop an integrated supply chain solution / proposal to customize based on customer's business needs in order to deliver sustainable value & efficiency. 
7. Manage lorry drivers’ daily routine, plan and coordinating with marketing or projects department in deliveries of the lorry. 
8. Solving logistics activity related issues, and report to the HOD accordingly. 
9. Ensuring the logistic team capable to support site sales activities, otherwise, sourcing and appoint new qualified drivers. 
10. Ensure Lorries are in good condition to support daily logistics activities, monitor lorries maintenance schedule and report to the workshop for any abnormal condition or breakdown. 
11. Any other duties as assigned by the Superior / HOD. 

Requirements: 

1. At least SPM and above in supply chain operations, process engineering, management and/or any other related field.
2. At least 5 years and above experience in logistics management, preferably supervisory role.
