Overview
The Loyalty Operation Supervisor is responsible to oversee the daily operations of our P-Miles Loyalty Program. This role involves coordinating communication between various departments, retailers, vendors, and the Petron Miles Call Center. The Loyalty Operations Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our loyalty program, addressing operational issues, and supporting process improvements.
