lyf Champion (Residence Manager) - Leading Industry Pay

General Job Description. 

The lyf Champion is akin to a Residence Manager at any other Ascott property. He/she will ensure smooth daily activities of the property and manage all departments to carry out the duty in all aspects of the property to make sure they are strictly adhered to the company’s standards, policies and procedures. The lyf Champion will oversee the lyf Guards’ duties and assist where necessary. He/she will also guide the AOB in the planning and execution of community events and activities, as well as participate in these activities whenever possible. He/she will lead the team to achieve the property’s business targets and control costs within approved budgetary plans.

The lyf Champion can also oversee a cluster of properties and handle strategic projects for the cluster.
