Maintenance Supervisor Assistant - Hiring Immediately

Job Description

We are looking to hire a Maintenance Supervisor Assistant for the Factory to  Improving Operational Efficiency. The role of a Maintenance Supervisor Assistant will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth running of our machinery and equipment, ultimately contributing to the overall success of our operations. Maintenance Supervisor  must able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:.

• Coordinating maintenance schedules 
• Tracking inventory of spare parts,
•  Streamlining our maintenance processes and ensuring proactive maintenance rather than reactive fixes
• Completing minor repair work, which includes repairing doors, locks, door frames and handles as well as replacing light bulbs, sockets, switches, and window glass.
• Performing basic plumbing tasks, which includes unclogging drains as well as fixing leaking faucets and toilets.
• Inspecting control panels and electrical wiring to detect any issues that require immediate attention.
• Promptly responding to requests for emergency repairs 
• Ensuring that all maintenance equipment is in good working order

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 5 years working experience
• Sound knowledge of basic plumbing, carpentry, and electrical wiring.
• Proven general maintenance experience.
• The ability to safely operate hand and power tools as well as cleaning equipment.
• The ability to lift heavy objects.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Good hand-eye coordination.
• Good oral and written communication skills, project management, commitment and accountability, resources management, leadership.
• Must have current passport and can travel regularly to Singapore
• Must have drivers licence 
• 5 days a week with rotation on for weekends half day each sat 
• Start salary at RM 3,800
