Maintenance Technician (Food Manufacturing) - Collaborative Environment

Job description

• To weld, fabricate and repair any necessary faulty machine parts.
• To complete and record the monthly maintenance checklist.
• Perform necessary maintenance for buildings and facilities.
• Routine inspection of all machinery as per the schedule and non-scheduled maintenance.
• Sustain the machine in good condition and the uptime of the equipment, meeting the operational goals of uptime, cost, and yield.
• Participate in start-up and shut-down activities.
• To establish and implement preventive maintenance and calibration of equipment.
• Attend emergency machine breakdown.
• To complete any mechanical tasks the Superior/ Head of Department assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
• 3-5 years of maintenance supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to be respectful, approachable and team oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment.
