- Will be reporting to Mall Manager of the assigned Shopping Malls / Marts.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as preventive and periodic inspections, monitor, repairs and maintenance and also checking the utilities & facilities functioning in good conditions.
- To liaise with contractors for timely preventive as well as any services / repairs and maintenance.
- Ability to search and make purchasing selection bases on quality and cost.
- Ability to develop simple Maintenance tasks SOP.
- Strictly follow and implement & develop Safety & Health at work and implement Lock-out Tagout, Permit-To-Work (PMT) & tools maintenance.
- Min. 3 years of hands-on malls maintenance technician working experience.
- Min. AO certifications / Certificates in engineering background.
- 6 days work week.
- Must be willing to work at Johor Bahru.
