Mall Manager - Energetic Workplace

Principal Responsibilities:

• Maintain direct accountability and ownership for the sales and financial performance of the Mall.
• Lead Managers in the development of priorities to achieve leasing and traffic goals.
• Seek opportunities to drive incremental revenue through Cart Leasing, Kiosk Leasing, Vending and other sales opportunities.
• Develop relationships with local store managers - build and cultivate relationships to effectively manage sales and traffic.
• Eloquently respond to customer complaints/concerns that are received through shopper.com relating to the designated property.
• Recruit, develop, motivate and retain a high performing leasing team.
• Ensure that the maintenance, security and cleanliness of the shopping mall is at its best.
• Ensure that the finance department collection and operations are running smoothly.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years or prior property management and/or retail management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point).
• Familiarity with Sales force is a plus.
