Managed Services Transition Project Manager - GSRC - Excellent Benefits Package

1. Understand the Telecom customer outsourcing requirements and the Contract Agreement contents, and break down into concrete objectives and fulfill the overall control and management of all Transition streams, in line with customer expectations and objectives in Business Continuity and risks mitigation
2. Lead the transition plan team and closely work with customer to accurately plan, prepare and execute the Transition project, pursuing the following objectives:
   • complete the Transition according to the agreed Transition plan/budget
   • minimize disruption to customer’s business processes
   • preserve service continuity and current service levels
   • minimize attrition and loss of knowledge capital
   • minimize risks and issues.
3. Responsible for the success of the project implementation, ensure the key performance against the project plan, identifying and managing project resources and work stream dependencies, ensuring deliverables completion and achievement of targets and managing issues and risks

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in Telecommunication
2. 5 years working experience in Telecommunication and 3 years of project management experience (at least one full outsourcing project from end to end).
3. Have proven track record in leading a team to achieve targeted project goal, With PMP and equivalent certificate is preferred
4. Good interpersonal communication and presentation skills
