About the Program:

• Sime Darby Property’s Management Associate Program (MAP) is designed to develop future leaders through structured job rotations, hands-on learning, and leadership exposure. Over the course of the program, Management Associates (MAs) will gain in-depth experience across key business functions, preparing them for impactful careers in the property development and investment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Management Associate, you will:

1. Undergo Rotational Assignments – Gain exposure to various business functions such as Property Development, Sales & Marketing, Sustainability, Finance, and Investment/Corporate Strategy.
2. Engage in Strategic Projects – Contribute to high-impact projects that align with Sime Darby Property’s growth and innovation strategies.
3. Develop Leadership & Business Acumen – Participate in leadership development programs, mentorship sessions, and structured training.
4. Collaborate Across Teams – Work with cross-functional teams to drive business solutions and operational excellence.
5. Adapt & Innovate – Embrace new approaches, challenge the status quo, and contribute fresh ideas to enhance business performance.
6. Deliver Results – Take ownership of assignments, demonstrate problem-solving skills, and make things happen.

Who We Are Looking For:

We seek highly motivated and dynamic individuals who are:
✔ Fresh graduates or professionals with less than 1 year experience.
✔ Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields (e.g. Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics or related disciplines).
✔ Demonstrate leadership potential, strong analytical skills, and a passion for the property industry.
