Management Corporation Officer

• Experienced in generation of billings, invoices and receipts
• Language requirement: Malay and English. Mandarin or Korean speaker is added an advantage.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Responsible for the timely and accurate input of all data entry into property information system.
• Responsible for the timely and accurate generation of billings.
• Responsible in compiling and filing documentation.
• Responsible for inventory checking on asset listing, office stationery, spare parts and other related assets. 
• Responsible to coordinate and submit all utility bills and invoices.
• Responsible in coordinating resident's receipt payment/water meter reading/moving in and out records/reservations for property facilities function activities.
• Responsible to check incoming mails and handling incoming calls and enquiries from residents.
• Responsible in correspondence matters.
