Management Trainee (18-month programme) - Generous Compensation

Job Description:

You will experience different aspects of Sales/Retail function in the company and learn how other areas of our business work.

What’s in it for you?

• Rotation Program: Participate in a structured rotation program that exposes trainees to different teams in Sales department.
  1st term (10 months): Job rotation at OPPO APAC Office, Bangsar South
  2nd term (2 months): Job assignment as Sales Representative
  3rd term (6 months): Job assignment as Sales Executive 
   
• Learning and Development: Participate actively in ongoing learning initiatives such as on-the-job training and mentorship to enrich competencies and understanding across diverse domains of business management.
   
• Team-based Project Management: Work closely with colleagues across different functions to cultivate critical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and adept project management skills through collaborative projects assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Excellent communication skills in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good at problem-solving, logical reasoning, and analytical thinking
• Highly resilient and responsive to challenges
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Possess own transport
• Able to commit for 18 months and starting from May/June 2024
