Penerangan Pekerjaan - MANAGEMENT TRAINEE OF PROPERTY PROJECT ADMIN, LEGAL & MARKETING

Management Trainee (Legal)

Responsibility:-

  1. Go through legal documents, maintain and organize legal files
  2. Gather case information dan assist during court hearings
  3. Manage administrative documentation of the Legal Dept
  4. Communication with lawyers form external law firms based on individual cases
  5. Direct mentorship from senior management
  6. Personalized career growth & development in Property Development
  7. Assist Chief Operating Officer on ad-hoc assignment as and when required

 Required:-

  1. Possess a degree in Law
  2. Fresh graduate encouraged to apply
  3. Possess critical skills and good presentation skills
  4. Able to communicate clearly and convincingly
  5. Dynamic, self motivated, fast learner 
  6. Able to work independently as well as in a team

 

Management Trainee (Property Project Administration)

Responsibility:-

  1. Learn and assist in property project development
  2. Learn to manage resources, set schedules and ensure projects completed on time and on target
  3. Market Research, client communication and assist in application to authorities 
  4. Direct mentorship from senior management
  5. Personalized career growth & development in Property Development
  6. Assist Chief Operating Officer on ad-hoc assignment as and when required

Requirement:-

  1. Possess a degree in Business Administration/Management
  2. Fresh graduate with good interpersonal skill and able to cope under pressure environment
  3. Possess critical skills and good presentation skills
  4. Able to communicate clearly and convincingly
  5. Dynamic, self motivated, fast learner 
  6. Able to work independently as well as in a team

Management Trainee (Marketing)

Responsibility:-

  1. Learn and assist in marketing strategies, marketing analysis and team management
  2. Learn to manage resources, set schedules and ensure projects completed on time and on target
  3. Market Research, client communication and assist in creating and implementing marketing campaigns
  4. Direct mentorship from senior management
  5. Personalized career growth & development in Property Development
  6.  Assist Chief Operating Officer on ad-hoc assignment as and when required

Requirement:-

  1.  Possess a degree in Sales & Marketing
  2.  Fresh graduate with good interpersonal skill and able to cope under pressure environment
  3. Possess critical skills and good presentation skills
  4. Able to communicate clearly and convincingly
  5.  Dynamic, self motivated, fast learner 
  6.  Able to work independently as well as in a team
