• Minimum requirement: Bachelor’s degree 

To be eligible for the program: 

• Fresh graduates with less than 2 year of full-time working experience. Proficiency in English (Speak, Listen, Read, Write) and Chinese (Speak, Listen)
• Adventurous, entrepreneurial, and possess experimental mindset.
• Performance driven with excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skill.
• Works effectively both as a team and individually
• 45 working hours per week (5 workdays including Saturday and Sunday)
• Willing to travel within Malaysia, Southeast Asia, and other Asia countries including Korea, Japan, China, and Australia.

How does the management trainees program look like? 

As a management trainee, you will learn management skills that are consistent with the Company's values. 

1st Term (2 months): The program begins with the trainees working as brand ambassadors (retail specialist and/or live streamer) to gain confidence in our products and brands, understand the operation, and master the art of selling during the first and second months of the program. At this point, you will be assigned a individual KPI. 

2nd Term (2 months): Following that, the trainees will be assigned as a lead to manage the operations of a group of stores or an online platform. You must now hire live streamers, promoters, and management trainees to form a small team, provide training, and ensure that you have a strong team to meet your team goal. At this point, you will be given a team KPI. 

3rd Term (2 months): Finally, you will be involved in the business development of the company, tasks including managing the marketing of offline stores and/or managing and leading an e-commerce platform team. At this point, you will be given a list of objectives to complete. You'll begin your career as a corporate leader in the rapidly expanding FMCG industry with an immersive on-the-job apprenticeship.
