OVERVIEW OF THE PROGRAM

During this 6-months training program you will get on-the-job training in the store, an extensive orientation program, early responsibility, coaching and mentoring to support your growth within the organization. In this process you will also attend management and communication skills trainings. We have a well-established brands platform for exposure to different roles and learning curves, to realize your strengths and potential for personal career development.

• New graduates (Degree or Master) or maximum 1 year experience, aims to have a career in retail industry

Work Schedule 

You'll have a standard five-day work week, with the possibility of shift work depending on the nature of your role and business requirements.

Annual Leave 

You'll receive 14 days of annual leave per year to rest, relax, and recharge.

Monthly Salary 

You'll receive a competitive monthly salary of RM4,000, ensuring financial stability and recognition for your contributions.
