Management Trainee - Sales (Retail / Pharmaceutical) - Urgent Position

Salary : RM2,800 per month
Benefits:
1. 1 month completion bonus
2. 20 days annual leave

Location: Uptown One, Jalan SS21/58, Damansara Utama, 47400 Petaling Jaya, Selangor
Working days & hours: Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)

Contract duration:  12 months contract under PERSOLKELLY (potential for convert to permanent subject to performance during management trainee/protégé programme)

Job Responsibilities:

• Trade Marketing  
  1. Point of Sale Materials (POSM) Development & Management
  -Responsible for collaborating with the Below-the-Line (BTL) agency to develop impactful Point of Sale Materials (POSM), ensuring their availability and visibility in stores, managing the delivery process, and tracking the budget allocated for POSM development. 
  
  2. Trade Activation & Planning 
  -Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and external agencies to plan and execute trade activation strategies. 
   
• Sales 
  1. Channel: Ethical, E-commerce and Chain Pharmacy: 
  -Support the commercial team in managing a designated territory to effectively promote Galderma’s products to doctors and customers.
  -Develop a solid understanding of sales fundamentals. 
  -Assist the Key Account Manager in planning promotions for both online and in-store channels. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science / Business Administration or any other related field. Open for fresh graduates with minimum 2nd class and upper.
• Customer Focus by demonstrating the ability to build strategic partnerships and achieve results through a customer-centric approach 
• Exhibits adaptability, maintains a positive outlook, and effectively manages tasks independently. 
• Capable of thinking creatively to identify and resolve complex issues.

• Displays eagerness to continually expand skills and knowledge through ongoing learning initiatives.
• Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills 
• Good command of English (written and spoken) 
• Good personal and business ethics
