- Preparation of financial and management reports for the Group of companies in terms of forecasting, budgeting, costing and other financial analysis to assist the management in decision-making process;
- Responsible for daily banking transactions including depositing collections into company’s bank account;
- Oversee the treasury management functions and capital control over working capital including cash and credit management;
- Preparation of full set of financial statement for the companies;
- Liaison with internal and external auditors, tax consultants, bankers, and other professional advisers on the financial and accounting related matters of the companies;
- Provide feedback on improving the financial and accounting system including the internal control of the companies;
- Maintain details and summary of all financial records;
- Maintain students’ billing record and coordinate with related Heads of Schools on the students’ attendance record;
- Secure financial information by completing database back-ups;
- Complies with federal, state and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation (if any) enforcing adherence to requirements and advising Management on needed actions;
- Manage the preparation of the company’s budget;
- Maintain the financial health of the organization;
- Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans;
- Develop projections of trends for the company’s finances;
