Penerangan Pekerjaan - Manager, Assistant Manager - Marketing, Sales and Coordination (REIT)

PBSB is seeking a skilled and dynamic marketing cum administrator to support pre-sales marketing and post-sales process documentation.

This role will be integral to a fund sales team operating across various countries. The ideal candidate will be proficient in business admin workflow solutions and cloud-based productivity applications, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to excel both independently and collaboratively.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Leadership and Team Management:
  • Lead and manage a team of marketing cum admin staff, ensuring efficient and effective support for the sales teams.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the marketing cum admin team.
  • Setup and organize efficient workflows using admin tools and cloud-based solutions.
  • Provide training, guidance, and performance evaluations for admin staff.

2. Pre-Sales Support:

  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely delivery of marketing collateral to prospective clients. 
  • Assist in the preparation and management of pre-sales marketing materials and presentations.
  • Organize and schedule pre-sales meetings and webinars.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with lead information and sales activity.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends.

3. Event Management:

  • Support sales team leaders to plan, organize, and execute sales and marketing events, such as client meetings, roadshows, and conferences, both online and offline. 
  • Ensure all logistical aspects of events are managed efficiently and within budget.

4. Post-Sales Documentation: 

  • Maintain organized records of all post-sales interactions and documentation.
  • Manage the documentation process post-sales, ensuring all relevant documents are accurately completed and filed.
  • Coordinate with clients to gather necessary post-sales documentation and feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all documentation processes.

5. Technology and Productivity: 

  • Utilize information technology solutions and productivity apps to streamline administrative processes. 
  • Ensure the administrative team is proficient with office software and tools.

6. Data Management:

  • Maintain meticulous records and manage data with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Develop and implement efficient client data management practices 

7. Cross-Disciplinary Collaborations: 

  • Work closely with internal teams across different disciplines, such as marketing, sales, accounting, and legal.
  • Liaise with external partners such as fund manager teams to ensure seamless workflows.

8. Flexibility and Availability:

  • Occasionally work on weekends and after office hours.
  • Be available to respond to urgent matters and support corporate executives as needed.

 

QUALIFYING CRITERIA 

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, Management, or in a related field. 
  • Proven experience in a similar marketing, administrative or managerial role. 
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing teams. 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with an emphasis on attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite) and familiarity with productivity applications
