- Review and approve (return or deny) all HCP and HCO related activity requests.
- Review and approve (deny, clarify) all HCP and HCO related liquidations, reimbursements, and payments.
- Lead and/or participate in any Compliance related investigations.
- Participate in non-Compliance related cases when requested.
- Report Compliance material and non-material violations.
- Conduct coaching sessions for Compliance breach.
- Prepares and update Compliance related SOPs.
- Responsible for the management of Compliance related implementation.
- Conducts Compliance onboarding training and Compliance refresher training.
- Collaborates with the Corporate Compliance team for the implementation of new systems, processes, standards, enhancement initiatives and projects.
- Acts as the business units main contact person for Compliance related topics towards internal and external stakeholders.
- Responsible for the business unit s monthly compliance reporting to local management and corporate compliance team.
- Spot checks.
- Provide Compliance local communication.
- Compliance related process improvement.
- Participate in Commercial activities (e.g., plan of action, meetings) to ensure that sales and marketing plans are in accordance with Compliance policies prior implementation and execution.
