Responsibilities:-

• Assisting General Manager – Corporate in development and implementation of  strategic business goal plans to achieve corporate objectives and ensuring its future success; working closely with senior leader to define strategic priorities and identify growth opportunities.
• Establish and manage business processes, including business planning, governance and company performance management
• Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leaders on key business decisions on business processes improvement
• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategic initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of strategic initiatives, identifying potential risks and recommending adjustments as needed.
• Prepare and present reports and presentations to senior leadership, providing insights and updates on the company's strategic performance.

Requirements:-

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data and information into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and decision-making abilities, with a track record of developing and executing successful strategic initiatives.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
