Job Description

To plan, develop and implement fleet sales activities.
To grow fleet sales in Sime Darby Beyond Auto(BYD).
To manage existing fleet customers account and develop new ones.
To assist branch managers/dealers in branch/dealer initiated fleet sales.
To represent Sime Darby Beyond Auto(BYD) in fleet and corporate events.

Job Content

Review and improve annual Fleet Sales Policy to increase fleet sales.
Review and fine-tune Fleet Centralized Billing SOP.
Provide monthly Fleet Sales Report.
Conduct business presentation to fleet customers.
Plan and manage vehicle delivery process that includes general pre-delivery inspection.
Ensure prompt payment from fleet customers.
Assist fleet customers in coordinating service appointment and other after sales issues.
To participate or assist branches/dealers in price negotiation, tendering process and submission.
To assist Branch Manager in fleet related operational issues.
Able to coach Sales Consultants to become Fleet Specialist.
To engage in activities and events with fleet customers.
To manage and ensure all fleet demo vehicles are in good working conditions.

Job Requirements

Degree in Business Administration or its equivalent.
Minimum two years relevant working experience in motor vehicle industry.
Strong interpersonal, leadership and business communication skills.
Enthusiasm and motivated by challenges and responsibility.
Adaptability, flexibility and cooperative as a dynamic and independent team player.
Strong analytical skills and critical thinking abilities.
