• The ideal Finance Manager takes charge of the financial health of the company by administering accounting operations to meet legal requirements. 
• Should be familiar with audits, invoices, and budget preparations. 
• Expected to manage accounting activities, including bank reconciliations, accounts payable and accounts receivable. 
• Supreme organisational and time management skills are crucial for this role. 

Non-Exhaustive List of Responsibilities:

• Keep an accurate record of all transactions.
• Prepare balance sheets and process invoices.
• Record accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Update internal systems with financial data.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Track bank deposits and payments.
• Assist with budget preparation.
• Review and implement financial policies.

Requirements:

• College degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; professional qualification as a CFA/CPA is a plus.
• At 5 years of total accounting or Corporate Finance experience in Manager position.
• Demonstrate leadership ability, confidence, ability to motivate staff.
• Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures, including any regulations that affect the company’s operations.
• Intimately familiar with common financial software, and proficient with MS Excel.
• Strong sense of ethics, especially when managing confidential data.
• Must be able to work in Klang
