MANAGER, FINANCE

Job Descriptions:
MANAGEMENT REPORTING

• Produce Monthly Management Report for regional and HQ level.
• Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures
• Manage outsourced functions
• Oversee the operations of the treasury department, including the design of an organizational structure adequate for achieving the department's goals and objective.

FUND MANAGEMENT

• Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements
• Use hedging to mitigate financial risks related to the interest rates on the company's borrowings, as well as on its foreign exchange positions
• Maintain banking relationships.

BUDGETING

• Manage the preparation of the company's budget
• Report to management on variances from the established budget, and the reasons for those variances
• Assist management in the formulation of its overall strategic direction.

ADDITIONAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Oversee the extension of credit to customers.

SAFETY & QUALITY

• Comply with the organization's health, safety, environmental and quality (HSEQ) policies, procedures and work instructions, contribute to the maintenance and improvement of the HSEQ management system, the identification of workplace improvements in HSEQ and actively participate in HSEQ related training and meetings.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics

2. Professional qualification such as MIA/CIMA/ACCA or similar will be considered a plus 3. Proven experience as a Financial Manager 4.
