Manager Finance - Excellent Benefits Package

• Review and ensure the monthly/quarterly management accounts and group quarterly financial reports for the management and regulators on a timely and reliable basis.
• Responsible for budgeting and forecasting for the company and consolidation
• Manage cash flows of the company for placement of excess funds and bank borrowings with Banks
• Responsible for the preparation of audited financial statements and annual report
• Responsible for tax-related matters such as tax filing and tax audits if any. 
• Coordinate and liaise with various stakeholders such as auditors, bankers, tax agents, company secretarial, and regulatory authorities.
• Ensure compliance with Group SOPs, policies, and internal controls.
• To assist with ad-hoc exercise and corporate exercise if any.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification. 
• Preferably 5 to 8 years (s) of working experience in the consolidation of accounts and publicly listed companies with at least 3 years in managerial roles. 
• Sound knowledge of accounting and familiarity with Bursa Listing Requirements
• IT literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel & PowerPoint Presentations.
• Self-motivated and willing to work under pressure 
• A team player who is dynamic with a mature personality, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
