Manager, Group Marketing - Hiring Immediately

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• To plan, execute and implement marketing strategies and overall marketing plans from a group perspective. This includes all assets under Property Investment Business Unit specifically Atria Shopping Gallery, Plaza OSK, Faber Towers (Retail), You City (Retail) and other retail assets which may be under Property Investment.
• To ensure that the execution of all marketing campaigns/ activities is within the annual budget set and achieve the budget revenue set annually through casual leasing across all retail assets under Property Investment. 
• To introduce new trending events and promotions which will drive footfalls and revenues in the malls and all the assets under Property Investment.
• Develop social media strategies to engage audiences across traditional and new media Perform market research and competitor analysis.
• Manage social media advertising planning, budgeting, tracking & monitoring. 
• Manage all the digital assets including SEO, SEM, social media assets, mobile app, website, digital directory, digital standee, SMS marketing, newsletters, promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels.
• Develop engaging, creative, innovative content for digital marketing campaigns including Key Opinion Leaders (KOL).
• To develop and execute the acquisition, engagement and retention strategy for Atria loyalty program. 
• To manage the concierge team and ensure that the standards of concierge services are being adhered to. 
• To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.
