Penerangan Pekerjaan - Manager, Human Resources

Lead and manage overall HR functions including recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations
Support the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business objectives
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies
Oversee and expand GA (General Affairs) responsibilities as needed
Foster a positive and engaging work environment

At least 7 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or corporate setting
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are advantageous.
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Human Resources with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in a manufacturing or corporate setting
Strategic thinker with hands-on experience in all areas of HR
Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
English fluency is preferred
Immediate availability (ASAP) is highly preferred
